Visa Services Terms

Visa approval is determined solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government ministry — never by Africano Tour. We prepare and submit your application accurately and on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued.

Processing times shown on a service's page are normal estimates based on current experience, not guarantees, unless a specific service explicitly states that a processing time is guaranteed. Delays outside our control — including at the relevant authority — can occur.

You're responsible for providing accurate information, a valid passport and any other required documents, submitting your request with enough lead time, and disclosing any facts relevant to your immigration or travel history that the relevant authority may require. Inaccurate, incomplete, or late information may delay or prevent issuance, and Africano Tour is not responsible for consequences that result from it.

Our service fee for preparing and submitting your application is separate from any government, embassy, or authority fee. Each is treated according to its own applicable refund terms.

Refund eligibility for a visa service follows our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the specific terms shown on that service's page. Where a visa application is cancelled for reasons outside Africano Tour's control after submission, government or authority cancellation charges may apply and are typically non-refundable.

Issuance and processing time for the Saudi Arabia tourist visa remain subject to the discretion of the relevant Saudi authority. The NORMAL and FAST processing options shown on our Saudi visa page reflect our current, ordinary processing experience and are estimates, not guarantees. Where a cancellation is requested for reasons outside our control, government cancellation charges may apply, and Africano Tour's own service fee is non-refundable once your application has been submitted, in line with our current service policy for this product.
