We do not use passport or travel-document information for any purpose beyond what's needed to deliver the service you've asked for.

We share relevant information with the third parties needed to deliver your request — such as the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority for a visa application, or a hotel partner for a stay you've requested. We use trusted service providers (such as our website hosting, database, and communication providers) to operate this website and our services; we don't sell your personal information to third parties.

Documents and personal information you share with us are stored and handled with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. Access is limited to what's needed to process your request.

We retain your information for as long as needed to deliver the service you've requested and to meet reasonable business and legal recordkeeping needs, after which it's deleted or anonymized where practical.
