In most of what we do, we act as an intermediary between you and third parties — airlines, hotels, ground operators, and government or embassy authorities — rather than as the direct provider of those underlying services.

You're responsible for giving us accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including passport and travel document details — when you make a request or booking with us. Errors, omissions, or delays on your part in providing this information may affect visa applications, bookings, or travel arrangements, and Africano Tour is not responsible for consequences that result from inaccurate or late information you provide.

Prices shown on this website reflect our current rates at the time they're displayed and are subject to confirmation before you commit to a booking or service. Where a price isn't shown publicly, it will be confirmed with you directly before any payment is requested. Service fees charged by Africano Tour may be separate from government, supplier, airline, or hotel fees, which are set by those third parties and outside our control.

Hotel availability, airline schedules, visa issuance, and similar matters are ultimately controlled by the relevant airline, hotel, government authority, embassy, consulate, or supplier — not by Africano Tour. We do our best to confirm real availability and accurate information before you commit, but we cannot guarantee outcomes that rest with a third party.

You agree not to use this website or our services for any fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading purpose, including submitting false information for a visa application or booking. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a request where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
